Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time of order confirmation and successful payment, subject to product availability.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or on back order, the order will be dispatched within 48 hours after the product becomes available in our warehouse.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners across the UAE and selected international locations.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• UAE Orders: Typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days
• International Orders: Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs clearance processes

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by external factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or public holidays.

Shipping Address

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered is accurate and complete.

Superglamourous will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges according to the destination country's local regulations.

These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fee and must be paid directly by the customer where applicable.

Delivery Responsibility

While we take every effort to ensure your order reaches you safely, Superglamourous is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances once the shipment has been dispatched.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend contacting us immediately with photos of the packaging and products so our team can assist you promptly.
